Miso soup is one of the soul foods of the Japanese people. Miso is a fermented food and is said to be good for the body. Drinking it every day might be the secret to Japanese people's health. As for the ingredients, vegetables and tofu are popular, but you can add anything, like meat or eggs. 
If it were you, what would you put in?

みそ汁（しる）：Miso soup
発酵食品（はっこうしょくひん）：Fermented food
健康（けんこう）：Health
秘訣（ひけつ）：Secret / Key /Tip
具（ぐ）：Ingredients (in soup, etc.)

Example:

Example: 
日本（にほん）の食事（しょくじ）は体（からだ）にいいと言（い）われています。 
It is said that Japanese food is good for the body.

🔶 Verb (Te-form) + もいい：You may(can)... / It is okay to...
Example: 
何（なに）をいれてもいいんです。 (It's okay to put in anything.)
窓（まど）をあけてもいいですか？(Can I open the window?)　

🔶 Noun + なら：If it is... / As for...
Used to provide a suggestion or ask a question based on a specific context or person.

Example:

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

前回から北海道旅行について話をしています。
今回の旅行は、北海道を車で回る旅行です。

1日目は千歳、ちとせ、から帯広、おびひろ、北海道の真ん中に近い場所ですね。
真ん中より少し下にあります。

2日目は帯広を少しゆっくりします。

3日目は帯広から釧路、くしろ、まで行きます。
釧路はもう少し東の場所です。
そのまま1番東の納沙布岬、のさっぷみさき、までいきます。


4日目は知床、しれとこ、のあたりを通ります。
そして1番北の宗谷岬、そうやみさき、まで行きます。

5日目は旭川、あさひかわ、まで行きます。
旭川は北海道の真ん中の少し上のあたりです。

とりあえず今はそこまでのルートを決めています。

全部車での移動なので、少し大変ですが、とても楽しみです。
