Today we're talking about work like balance. This is one of the most important topics that we discuss with our colleagues and friends so today I want to give you some vocabulary and ideas to make you more confident and fluent when speaking about this subject. Maybe you want to ask your boss if you can work from home, or maybe you're trying to protect your time and stop working on weekends! Hopefully today's podcast can give you some tools, tips, and ideas for how to do this. We'll talk about some natural and native ways to talk about your journey to and from work and negotiating for more time when scheduling deadlines. 3番　この学生にとって今、どの勉強法が効率的だと考えていますか？


学生　僕が大切にしていることは習慣だ。やはり、毎日の生活に継続できるように取り入れていきたい。ユーチューブもいいコンテンツがあるからいいんだけど、僕の場合ネットサーフィンしちゃて、何を勉強したかったか、何を見ていたか、曖昧になっちゃうんだ。こないだなんて軽く二時間は超えていたよ。自分でも呆れるよ。継続の観点から言うと、友達とは毎日話したいね、あっ、でも今の友達は忙しいんだ、全然予定が取れなくて一週間も話していない。どうしょうかなぁ。
教科書ももちろんいいんだけど、なんか勉強したことが会話で実用的かどうかは自分の勉強では実感できないんだ。そしてぼくは難しい文法説明を一人で読み続けると睡魔に襲われるから。そうだなぁー、やはり、現在はノートを取って繰り返し見ることにしている。日付も記入しているから成果の進捗が確認できる、記憶の定着度合いを色ペンで書き分けているんだ。これはどこに行く時も持ち歩いているよ、便利だし。やってみるといいよ。

As the household stirs, Neil shares his first breakfast with his aunt, uncle, and cousins, before being introduced to the daily routine of Canadian farm life — feeding chickens, hauling water, and checking the fences.
