According to research, internal self-talk regulates emotions and improves focus, especially under pressure. このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

昨日は大寒波！について話しました。
何それ？初めて聞いた！という方は189のPodcastを聞いてください。

今日は走りたいけど走れない！について話します。
今、日本ではとても寒い日が続いています。

北海道も雪が降るので、雪がよく積もります。
雪が積もると、いろんな問題があります。
僕にとって、その1つは、ランニングすることが難しくなることです。雪が積もっていると走りにくいです。走ろうと思えば走れます。ですが、結構大変です。滑らないように気にするので、足元を見ながら走ることが多くなります。それから、あまり速いスピードで走れません。それから、めちゃくちゃ寒いです。今日、ここ千歳は-13℃です。

そんな感じで、走りにくい問題がいくつもあります。
それで、大阪から帰ってきて、まだ1度も走れていません。
これはこれで結構ストレスになります。
何か解決策が必要です。
