はい、こんにちは。今回はシーズン２の５回目です。前回はAIの話をしました。たくさんの日本語の生徒さんにおすすめされるし、今は知識基盤社会に関するレポートを書いているので、今日はそのAIを使ってみました。AIはとても賢かったです。想像以上に言葉の意味を理解しているので、驚きました。だけど料理のレシピを聞くと、ときどき変な材料が入っていました。

Hello. This is episode 5 of season 2 of my podcast. Last time we talked about some AI software which can write essays. A lot of Japanese language students recommend it and I'm writing a report on knowledge-based societies at the moment, so today I used this AI. The AI was very smart. I was surprised because it understood the meaning of the words better than I imagined. But when I asked it about cooking recipes, it sometimes gave strange ingredients.

今日はシンギュラリティについてお話しします。シンギュラリティとは、AIが人間より賢くなって社会を変えてしまう現象のことです。アメリカのレイ・カーツワイル博士によると、2029年には、AIは人間と同じレベルになるそうです。そして2045年には、いろいろな仕事がAIに置き代わると予想されています。肉体労働がなくなると予想している人が多いですが、私はそう思いません。肉体労働は、毎日事故がたくさん起こるので対処が大変だからです。「対処」とは、問題に対して正しい行動をすることです。私は、医者や弁護士のほうが先になくなると思います。なぜなら、AIは免許の試験に合格できると思うからです。

Today I will talk about The Singularity. The Singularity is a phenomenon in which AI becomes smarter than humans and changes society. According to Dr Ray Kurzweil from the USA, by 2029, AI will be at the same level as humans. And by 2045, various jobs are expected to be replaced by AI. Many people predict that physical labour will disappear, but I disagree. This is because physical work is hard to Taisho with, as many accidents happen every day. 'Taisho' means doing the right thing in response to a problem. I think doctors and lawyers will disappear first. Because I think AI can pass the necessary exams.

El yoga con calor (también llamado Hot Yoga) hace que los pulmones y el corazón trabajen más y, como en las sesiones sin calor, esta práctica te ayuda a mejorar la fuerza y la flexibilidad.

* Beneficio Nº1. Mejora la flexibilidad. Estirar cuando los músculos se han calentado (como se hace en el Hot Yoga) aumenta la flexibilidad y mejora la amplitud de movimiento de las articulaciones. Un estudio de marzo de 2013 del Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research demostró que, tras 8 semanas, las personas que practicaron hot yoga tenían más flexibilidad en los hombros, la zona lumbar y los isquiotibiales que el grupo de control. La flexibilidad ayuda a adoptar determinadas posturas de yoga con más facilidad, sobre todo las que requieren un estiramiento profundo. Además, el yoga fortalece los músculos. El mismo estudio demostró que los participantes podían levantar más en peso muerto.

* Beneficio Nº2. Aumenta la capacidad pulmonar. Como el yoga se centra en técnicas de respiración y te enseña a concentrarte al inspirar y espirar, entrena los pulmones para retener más aire. Respirar hondo habitualmente permite que entre más oxígeno en el flujo sanguíneo, mantiene los pulmones sanos y aumenta la capacidad pulmonar, que suele disminuir con la edad. El pranayama es un tipo de ejercicios de yoga concreto que se centra en controlar la respiración durante un periodo de tiempo determinado. En él, se trabaja la respiración abdominal, la torácica y la clavicular, lo que te ayuda a maximizar la entrada de oxígeno.

Being a picky eater can mean a number of different things. It may describe someone who doesn't like to try new foods, or someone who prefers plain meals. It can also refer to someone who eats quite a narrow range of foods.

It's quite common for children to be picky eaters. They may only like their pasta without sauce, or their bread cut in a certain shape.

Parents often feel they're to blame when their children are picky eaters. But according to a new study, picky eating is mostly caused by our genes.

Researchers in the UK looked at data from identical and non-identical twins who had been followed from birth since 2007.

Identical twins share 100% of their genes, while non-identical twins share half, on average. Studying these twins allowed the researchers to compare the eating habits of people who were genetically the same and those who weren't, but still grew up in the same home together.

More than 4,800 twins were included in the study. Their parents completed questionnaires about how picky their children were aged 16 months, then again at the ages of 3, 5, 7 and 13.

Not all parents completed the questionnaires as their children got older, but from the results, the researchers found that the eating habits of identical twins were much more similar than those of non-identical twins.

They also found that genetic variation explained 60% of the differences in food pickiness at 16 months, and 74% between the ages of 3 and 13. Meanwhile, shared environment only explained 15% to 26% of these differences, and the environmental effect was strongest when children were younger.

However, the researchers added that environmental effects are still important: parents can still influence their children's eating habits by eating together as a family, and by offering a wide variety of different foods, for example.
