How do native speakers describe that extreme exhaustion when you have absolutely no energy left?

💬 I’m beat.
/aɪm biːt/
I'm exhausted / I'm totally worn out.

💡 Note: In this context, beat means being so tired that you have zero energy left to keep going.

✅ Examples:
🔸 B1: I’m beat. I’m going to bed.
🔸 B2: It’s been a long day and I’m absolutely beat.
🔸 C1: I’m pretty beat after that workout, so I’ll just stay in tonight.
