Sono Simona Gentili e questo è il mio podcast “semi-professionale” per chiunque abbia voglia di ascoltare cinque minuti di interviste e parole al vento…. O libere come il vento.
Quello che state ascoltando è il mio ultimo podcast per il 2024 (duemilaventiquattro).
Ho iniziato per gioco. 
Ho continuato per divertimento e per dare sfogo alla mia creatività.
Concludo l’anno con piacere.
Il piacere di avervi incontrato, per lo più virtualmente, ma qualche volta anche di persona. Anche solo una volta.
E il piacere di fare quello che mi piace e di farlo come mi piace.
Non vi chiederò e non vi dirò qual è il bilancio dell’anno che è passato.
Ma vi dirò che la parola del 2024, secondo me, è “DISQUISIRE”.

専門の医者は「新型コロナウイルスになった人が花粉症になると、くしゃみでウイルスを広げてしまうことがあります。くしゃみをするときはマスクの上からハンカチで鼻や口をおおうようにしてください」と言っています。

私は花粉症になったことがありません。毎年、春になると、「今年は花粉症になるんじゃないか」と心配になります。日本ではたくさんの人が花粉症に悩んでいます。コロナがおわって、マスクをつけなくてよくなっても、花粉症のためにマスクをつける人が増えるかもしれませんね。

花粉が飛び始めた！?



こんにちは！Atsushiです。
みなさん、元気ですか？


今回はカヌーに乗りました、という話です。
みなさんはカヌーに乗ったことがありますか？

今日ははじめてかな？
北海道はアウトドアの体験がたくさんできます。
妻と僕は、今回、家から近い美々川(びびがわ)という川でカヌーの体験をしてきました。

川の近くの駐車場で待ち合わせをして、先に当日必要な書類の記入や、ワクチン接種の証明書を見せました。今回はそれで少し安くなりました。

書類の記入が終わると、スタッフの人の車に乗せてもらって、少し川の上流へ移動します。そこでカヌーのこぎ方を教えてもらって、乗りました。

この川はとても浅くて、流れがゆるやかなので、初心者に向いてる川です。それでも、2人とも慣れていないので、川の端の方に行ったり、まっすぐ進まなかったりしました。

何回か失敗をして、こぎ方がわかってきました。

川の上からの景色はとてもきれいでした。
天気も良かったので、空と川の水面が1つにつながっているように見え、2人でテンションが上がりました。
