こんにちは！今日は8月14日水曜日です。「5分でわかる日本語」ポッドキャストへようこそ。私は日本語の先生、みわです。今日は、日本の大切な文化「お盆（おぼん）」についてお話しします。

「お盆」は、日本で毎年8月にある特別な期間です。今年は8月13日から16日までが「お盆」の期間です。お盆は、亡くなった家族が帰ってくるとされており、今いる家族と過ごすための貴重な時間です。

お盆の間、日本では家族が集まり、お墓参りをします。お墓参りとは、亡くなった家族のお墓をきれいに掃除し、お花やお供え物を置き、お参りすることです。お供え物とは、亡くなった人にあげるプレゼントです。果物やお菓子、花などが普通です。亡くなった家族が大好きだったお酒などを置くこともあります。そして、お墓の前で手を合わせ、静かに祈ります。

では、お墓参りの方法について順番にお話しします。

	1.	お墓の掃除
まず、お墓の掃除をします。お墓の周りの草を取り、お墓を水で洗ってきれいにします。
	2.	お花やお供え物を置く
次に、お花を飾り、果物やお菓子などをお墓の前におきます。これは、亡くなった家族への感謝の気持ちを表します。
	3.	線香を立てる
線香を立てて火をつけます。線香とは、小さくて細い棒で、これに火をつけると煙がでます。	4.	手を合わせてお参りする
最後に、お墓の前で手と手を合わせ、目を閉じて静かに祈ります。亡くなった家族への感謝の気持ちや、今いる家族の健康を祈ります。実際には、あまり深く考えずに手と手を合わせるだけのことも多いです。

私もお墓参りに行ってきました。外で線香に火をつけるので、なかなか火がつきません。いつも苦労して、線香に火をつけます。お供え物は、チョコレートや野菜をおきました。お供え物をそのまま外に置いておくと、鳥や虫に食べられてしまうので、すぐに食べるか家に持って帰ります。

お盆は、お墓参りを通じて、家族と一緒に過ごす大切な時間です。離れて暮らす家族が集まります。おじいちゃん、おばあちゃん、お父さん、お母さん、子供、孫、みんなが集まる大事な日です。

ここで注意点があります。お盆の時期は、多くの人が実家つまり親の家に帰るため、飛行機の料金がとても高くなります。この時期に日本への旅行を計画している方は、早めにチケットを予約するか、違う日にするかを勧めます。

最後に、皆さんに問題です。「お盆」は何をする時期でしょうか？
	1.	旅行に行く時期
	2.	家族とお墓参りをする時期
	3.	新しい年を待つ時期
正解は「2. 家族とお墓参りをする時期」です。

日本の文化「お盆」について

La Patasola es una leyenda popular en las regiones montañosas y selváticas de Colombia. Se dice que era una mujer hermosa que, en vida, fue muy infiel y malvada, y por su comportamiento, fue castigada. En su condena, perdió una pierna y fue transformada en una criatura aterradora, con una sola pierna deformada y afilada como un gancho.

La Patasola vive en los bosques y selvas, y es conocida por atraer a los hombres que se alejan del campamento o del camino, seduciéndolos con su belleza. Primero, se aparece como una mujer joven y encantadora, pero cuando logra que sus víctimas se acerquen, revela su verdadera forma monstruosa, con colmillos afilados y su pierna mutilada, y ataca sin piedad.

A veces, La Patasola es considerada una especie de vengadora de los hombres infieles o malvados. Para protegerse de ella, se dice que es necesario no andar solo en la selva y evitar cualquier figura misteriosa que aparezca en la distancia.
