ERA or FUE? FUE or ERA? What is the difference? When do I use them?

Politeness tempers the description in expressions such as "This is very important" or "This holds a lot of weight," demonstrating a respectful acknowledgment of its significance. A touch of wit adds a layer of playfulness to the importance, as seen in expressions like "This is kind of a big deal" or "This is a real game-changer." In more refined circles, the upper class might communicate the weight of a situation with statements like "This is of considerable importance" or "This holds a certain gravitas," maintaining an air of sophistication. 小孩很内向，要如何引导他敢于社交跟表达自己的看法？很简单，要从家里开始，所有的教育从家里开始。我的儿子他的普通话说得好的，口才也很不错，参加演讲比赛，总是得奖。你晓得他怎么练出来的吗？他在美国长大，但是他中文很好，是因为我常常训他。训完了我说："儿子，现在该是你的时间了。老爸刚才训了你20分钟，现在你有20分钟可以由你来表达了。"各位，当你训孩子的时候，你有没有给孩子时间让他能够答辩呢？让他答，他知道他要答，他在被训的时候就好好在想他要怎么答，而且这个答是非常好的训练，让他表达。于是，从家里走向外面，他会知道怎么保护自己，怎么说出自己心里的道理。
