제가 체코를 여행할 때 알게 된 사실도 있고 인터넷을 통해 알게 된 부분도 있는데요.
그 정보에 대해서 알려 주려고 합니다.  잘 들으세요.

광안리 야경은 해수욕장과 불 밝힌 광안대교의 풍경이 매우 아름답다. 이곳에서는 봄이 되면 봄바람 맞으며 맥주를 마실 수 있다. 게다가 황금빛 라거맥주의 원조로 불리는 체코의 필스너 우르켈과 함께할 수 있다. 체코 플젠 지역의 연수와 귀족 홉이라 불리는 사츠홉으로 뽑아낸 맥주를 생맥주로 맛볼 수 있다. 필스너 우르켈은 캔이나 병맥주로는 하나이지만 생맥주로는 따르는 방식에 따라 세 가지 종류로 나뉘는데, 한국 생맥주보다 두툼한 거품이 풍미를 짙게 한다. 우선 ＇할라딘카＇는 45도 정도 기울여 세 손마디 정도 높이의 거품을 만든다. ＇슈니츠＇는 거품을 마지막에 채우는 크리스피와 달리 거품을 먼저 만들고 거품 아래 맥주를 따르는 형식이다. ＇밀코＇는 맥주로 만들어진 거품만 가득하다. 밀코 맥주는 도대체 왜 먹는 것일까? 미카엘 프로하스카 체코관광청 한국지사장은 한국으로 치면 팥빙수 먹듯이 무더운 날 더위 사냥 용도로 즐기는 맥주라고 말하면서 ＂치아가 좋지 않은 사람들이 즐긴다＂라고 농담을 했다. 해피몽크 펍에서 밀코를 찾는 이들이 많이 있다고 한다. 주로 체코 여행을 했던 사람들이라고 한다. 필스너 우르켈의 안주는 어떤 맥주와도 잘 어울리는 치킨과 감자튀김 종류가 무난하다.

필스너 우르켈만큼 유명한 체코 맥주는 흑맥주 코젤 다크다. 남포동의 한 가게는 코젤 다크로 네 종류의 맥주를 선보인다. 필스너 우르켈과 코젤 다크를 반반씩 섞어 밑부분은 노랗고 윗부분은 검은 믹스비어가 있다. 체코말로는 줴자네이다. 체코 여성들에게 특히 인기가 있다고 한다.
