“I think the one invention that has really changed how we live in recent years has to be the smartphone, which really has become an integral part of so many people's lives, as well as an item that most people feel they can’t live without.

I guess the smartphone as we know it today was invented by Apple, and hit the mass market back in about 2007 or 8, which really broke new ground and launched a mobile revolution, quickly becoming the one piece of technology everybody wanted to own.

I think the first way the smartphone changed peoples lives was in how it literally put the internet in everyone's pocket, and completely revolutionised the mobile industry. On top of that, it also put a good camera in our pockets, and made us all aspiring photographers overnight, which also led to a huge rise in the different social media platforms.

I really believe that the smartphone and the apps that go with it changed so much in our lives, even the way people work today, and the way we do business. From posting selfies on facebook and online shopping to work related emails or communication the smartphone really has revolutionised just about everybody's life, from the ordinary joe bloggs to the business bigwigs.

はい、こんにちは。今回はポッドキャストのシーズン２の１回目です。シーズン１の最終回は７月でしたから、３ヶ月ぐらいお休みしていたことになります。お休みしている間にも、Youtubeでチャンネル登録者数が増えていました。どうもありがとうございます。

Hello. This is my podcast episode 1 of season 2. The last episode of season 1 was in July, so I was on a break for about three months. Even while I was on a break, the number of subscribers to my Youtube channel increased. Thank you very much.

この３ヶ月、私は何をしていたかというと、大学の入学準備を進めていました。私は大学で美術を勉強しましたが、もう一度大学に行って、今度は教育学を勉強することにしました。教育学では、教育史や、心理学や、社会学など、先生になるための勉強をします。京都に教育学で有名な大学があります。私は現在大阪に住んでいて、京都に電車で一時間ぐらいで行けるので、そこに行くことにしました。大学の授業はほとんどオンラインなので、仕事を続けながら受けることができます。大学は今月始まったばかりです。

What I have been doing for the past three months is preparing to go to university. Before, I studied art at university, but I have decided to go to university again, this time to study education. In education, I study the history of education, psychology, sociology, etc., in order to become a teacher. There is a university in Kyoto that is famous for education studies. I currently live in Osaka and can get to Kyoto by train in about an hour, so I have decided to go there. Most of the university’s classes are online, so I can take them while continuing to work. 大学ではたくさん本を読んで、レポートを書かなければいけません。レポートは3000字ぐらい必要です。私は今、教育原論についての本を読んでいます。この本は、私が行っている大学の教授が書いた本です。この本には、教育というシステムがどのように始まったかとか、どこの国でどんな教育が行われたかなどが書いてあります。ヨーロッパや日本の教育の歴史を勉強します。そして、現代の教育の課題について考えます。現代の教育では、貧富の差や、社会的マイノリティーへの教育、不登校などが問題になっています。「貧富の差」とは、お金持ちの人と貧乏な人のギャップのことです。「不登校」とは、生徒が学校に行かないことです。

アルメニア🇦🇲への小旅行についてのポッドキャスト2回目です。5日間、アルメニアへ行っていました。

今日のポッドキャストはアルメニアの世界遺産についての話です。

首都エレバンから1時間ほどで行ける場所に、
エチミアジン大聖堂というものがあります。
これは、301年に建てられたとされています。

この時期に、アルメニアはキリスト教を国教としています。
これは歴史上、はじめての国です。

この大聖堂の近くにも、同じ世界遺産である、
ガヤネ教会
フリプシメ教会
ズヴァルトノツの考古遺跡

があります。

大聖堂は現在改修中です。この敷地内はとても整備されています。この大聖堂が大切にされていることを感じることができます。

他の2つの教会は当時の雰囲気を強く残しています。

ズヴァルトノツの考古遺跡はもとは教会でした。
930年の地震のあと倒壊し、1000年近く埋もれていたそうです。

ここはくずれた状態のまま保存されています。
とても興味深かったです。

エチミアジンは4世紀までアルメニアの首都として栄えていました。

日本の奈良のような感じがしました。
