从字面意思看，是躺下来休息。
但在现代中文口语里，它并不是指懒惰、什么都不做。
躺平，代表一种生活态度：
不再参与无意义的过度竞争，降低过高的欲望，不盲目攀比，放慢生活节奏，安稳、简单地生活，减少内心的焦虑。
因为太多人被内卷的生活压得很累，所以很多年轻人选择躺平，回归平淡的日常。

こんにちは！Atsushiです。
みなさん、元気ですか？


今回はカヌーに乗りました、という話です。
みなさんはカヌーに乗ったことがありますか？

今日ははじめてかな？
北海道はアウトドアの体験がたくさんできます。
妻と僕は、今回、家から近い美々川(びびがわ)という川でカヌーの体験をしてきました。

川の近くの駐車場で待ち合わせをして、先に当日必要な書類の記入や、ワクチン接種の証明書を見せました。今回はそれで少し安くなりました。

書類の記入が終わると、スタッフの人の車に乗せてもらって、少し川の上流へ移動します。そこでカヌーのこぎ方を教えてもらって、乗りました。

この川はとても浅くて、流れがゆるやかなので、初心者に向いてる川です。それでも、2人とも慣れていないので、川の端の方に行ったり、まっすぐ進まなかったりしました。

何回か失敗をして、こぎ方がわかってきました。

川の上からの景色はとてもきれいでした。
天気も良かったので、空と川の水面が1つにつながっているように見え、2人でテンションが上がりました。
