滥竽充数 làn yú chōng shù：sham/an ancient Chinese reed instrument like a pipe/pass off/number 
to pass oneself off as one of the players in an ensemble.the saying means to be there just to make up the number.
吹：chuī，to blow/play  
竽：an ancient wind instrument
待遇： dài yù  treatment,pay,salary
独奏 dú zòu：solo

滥竽充数[làn yú chōng shù]

How to grow beans
Put some soil in small plant pots. Put a few seeds in each pot.
Cover them with a layer of soil. Water them, and wait until some leaves start to grow.
When they are large enough, plant them in rows in the ground. If possible, plant them
on the edge of a path where they are easier to look after.
Support the growing plants with sticks. Pick the beans when they're ready to eat.

Hoppas för framtiden det blir mer populärt med mindre städer, både för miljön, hälsan och för människors frid i sinnet.
