In this exercise I am going to use the passive voice. There are several ways to stay fit without going to a gym. Lots of different sport workouts e.g. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Zumba and many more can be found on YouTube for which no gym is needed. Only the space in your flat or room is needed to do the workout by you. Another possibility is to do sports outside the flat. Lots of different sport parks can be found which provide a lot of training possibilities. If no car is available or the way to sport parks is to long do sports e.g. jogging in the surrounding nature is a good way.

You can do these workouts in the space available in your flat or room. Another option is to engage in outdoor sports. Many sport parks provide numerous training opportunities. If you don't have a car or the sport park is too far, jogging in the surrounding nature is an excellent way to stay fit.
