I'm from Brenna, a small village between the mountains which has 11,000 inhabitants. I lived there from birth until I graduated. I now live in another place but Brenna will forever be in my heart. My family, including my parents, my grandparents and another person still live there.

Inhabitants is quite formal word but I used it to fit the structure of your sentence. You can also say "It's a small village between the mountains and 11,000 people live there."

Soy de Brenna. Un pequeño pueblo ubicado entre las montañas, este tiene 11.000 habitantes. Vivo allí desde que nací hasta que me gradué, ahora vivo en otro lugar, pero Brenna estará para siempre en mi corazón. Todavía vive alli mi familia, mis padres, mis abuelos y otra persona. Muy bien.

I'm from Brenna, a small village between the mountains. It has 11,000 people. I lived there since I was born. Now I'm graduated and live in another place as a mature student, but Brenna will forever be in my heart. My family —my parents, my grandparents and another person— still live there.
