Hello! Today, I'm going to talk about my winter vacation. The first memory is I had a Christmas party with my college friends. It was held in my house. We ate Kentucky Fried Chicken and shortcake and so on. It was very fun!! The second memory is I went back to my hometowe. I was happy to see my parents and relatives after a long time. On New Year's Eve, I went to shiogama fish market in Miyagi prefecture to buy ingredients for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day meals. We bought a lot of octopus, shrimp, crab and so on. I watched Kohaku Uta Gassen all New Year's Eve. I like anime, and this time there were a lot of anime songs, so I was really excited. Kohaku Uta Gassen is a program that is broadcast only on New Year's Eve in Japan, where the red and white groups compete by singing songs. On New Year's day, I didn't do anything in particular, but 2nd I went to a shrine in Sendai for New Year's visit. It has long been said that the shrine there will bring blessings to my family, so I go there every year. I drew a fortune, but it was Sueyoshi, so it was a little strange. It's been a very fun winter vacation.
