“Besides," said Miss Abbot, "God will punish her: He might strike her dead in the midst of her tantrums, and then where would she go? Come, Bessie, we will leave her: I wouldn't have her heart for anything. Say your prayers, Miss Eyre, when you are by yourself; for if you don't repent, something bad might be permitted to come down the chimney and fetch you away.” What does the phrase “I wouldn’t have her heart for anything” mean in the context above? Thank you very much.

She is saying Jane has a wicked heart - she is a bad person. She wouldn't have her heart (in return) for anything. This means that there is nothing she could be offered that would make her agree to have a heart like Jane's.

I believe it means "I don't want to be like her". It is not a common expression, at least not in my variety of North American English. I suspect this is from Jane Eyre, though, which is neither North American nor current, meaning the language is a bit different.
