"Sorry I had to kick you out, I just wanted others to get their turns."

Context: I have a free one-on-one video call consultation and each person can only come in my room for 5 minutes. Those who stay over 5 minutes will be kicked out automatically and I want to say the above sentence afterwards. I'm not sure the use of "take turns / get their turns".
