It was a sunny day with perfect weather, my dad took everyone out for a stroll to celebrate Mother’s Day. My mom was thrilled and rounded up all the moms—including MeeMaw, Great Granny, and even my aunt! By evening, we wound up at a grill and bar called “Gravy Baby,” known for its delicious beef pies. My dad thought it was the perfect spot to honor the moms. While we were there, they even hosted a live singing performance! At one point, the singer waved to me from across the room. After her set, she came over to our table and asked for song requests. She was so cute and lovely—it made the night unforgettable! What a wonderful way to celebrate Mother’s Day.
