I started hiking about *two years ago*, and since then, it has become an important part of my life. I usually go hiking *twice a week*, especially on weekends, when I have more free time. What I love most about hiking is that it's *both physical and mental*. While walking in nature, I often come up with *new ideas*. It’s a great way to *clear my mind* and reflect on things. Sometimes I go alone, but usually, I hike with friends or join local hiking groups. It’s a great chance to *meet different people* and share experiences. Hiking can be tough at times, especially when the paths are *rocky or steep*. But I enjoy the challenge. In fact, I think the *difficult routes* make the journey more rewarding. Reaching the *top of a mountain* or a scenic viewpoint always gives me a great sense of success. Overall, hiking helps me stay *healthy*, *engaged*, and *motivated*. It feels like a *small discovery* every time I go.
