I think the way people define beauty is getting more multifaceted these days. First, there are more and more girls joining body exercise classes/(doing body exercises). Being toned is the new trend and new beauty. Sun-kissed skin and muscular body is the new fashion. Pilates and trekking is receiving more and more lovers. Trekking on the weekend in the mountains has been the most popular activity among the young generation. Why is this change happening? I think it's because people know more about how to speak to themselves and to love themselves. The moment I learn to accept myself and love myself, I learn how to be tolerant of others.
