Hi Alina! I love this conversation topic because not everyone agrees on what love is and how it is expressed. By understanding these differences in opinion, we can actually create a more loving relationship with others! Apparently there are five major love languages: acts of service, words of affirmation, quality time, gift giving, and physical touch. Sometimes we struggle in our relationships because we are not speaking the same love language. This doesn't have to be a deal-breaker though! My top love language is acts of service and my partner's top love language is quality time. Since we discovered this, we are better able to understand each other's needs and express our love in a way that is satisfying to the other!
