What does "I stan you" mean here?

It means "I support you"/ "I'm a big fan of yours".
It's a reference to to the well-known song by the rapper Eminem (and Dido), called 'Stan'. (A brilliant song by the way - it's on YouTube).
"...your biggest fan..."
