I have been practising writing on Italki for a couple of years. Although I my writings is short and my efforts are not really high, I have learnt and have fun a lot at the same time. Even though I am not a newbie here, I will never stop feeling surprised by wonderful corrections by wonderful people here. I am a big fan of Italki, indeed!

I have stayed the course with practice writing on Italki for a couple of years now. Although what I write may be brief and my efforts are not truly great, I have learnt from the experience and had fun too. Even though I am no newbie here, never will I stop feeling surprise at the wonderful corrections or by the wonderful people here. I am a big fan of Italki, indeed!
Hip hip hooray! It's always fun to work on your little essays.
You made only one true mistake: "although I my writings is short". "I" has no role in this sentence, and "writings" is plural.
But, as always, I had fun changing things around. Consecutive present participles ("practicing writing") are a pet peeve with me (my problem, not yours) so I changed it to "practice writing" in which the noun "practice" is used as an adjective. You can do this with just about any noun. I could have said "writing practice" as well, but I prefer the former because it puts more emphasis on the writing.
The changes "no newbie" (rather than "not a newbie") and "never will I" (rather than "I will never") are purely stylistic. They add a touch of elegance with no change of meaning.
I replaced "surprised" with "surprise" because "surprise" is the thing (noun) that you feel. It seems more direct that way, avoiding the unnecessary use of a participle ("surprised"). Likewise, I prefer "what I write" to "my writings" because it feels more honest, direct, and modest. "My writings" makes it sound like you are a great author. Shakespeare can talk about his writings, but it's not a word normal people would use.

Praise: This is a heartfelt and engaging piece! You've done a great job expressing your enthusiasm for writing and the italki community. Tip: Pay close attention to subject-verb agreement (e.g., "my writings -is-" → "my writings -are-") and try to vary your sentence structure to make your writing flow even more smoothly. Keep up the great work!
