I have built up 5 times 30 minutes dance workout weekly routine since I switched to workout at home. I think it is a good way for aerobic or moderate-intensity whole-body exercise. I am not good at complicated moves, so I like to do the cardio dance focuses more on workouts like jumping jacks, squats, lunges, mountain climbers etc. Doing the dance workout could improve my heart and lungs strength, balance, and coordination, also make me feel fun and energetic.
