When I have seen the word " Matsimus " I thought it is related to some Greek culture roman army thing but tried to search with no genuine answer what it is? Is it refer to an ancient leader?

Yes. Maximus Decimus Meridius was a roman general who served under the emperor Marcus Aurelius. The movie "The Gladiator" features him. Marcus Aurelius's book meditations is a classic in stoicism (and a favorite of mine). https://historica.fandom.com/wiki/Maximus_Decimus_Meridius
