Hello. Who can explain to me difference between usage of ليس and بدون
For example: الفيديو بدون ترجمة
And الفيديو ليس فيها ترجمةٌ

بدون is a (combined) preposition, as always followed by a genitive

ليس is a verb needed to build a negative relative clause
الفيديو فيها ترجمةٌ would be the positive clause (asyndetic relative clause)
To negate it, you can't just use لا etc., but you have to use ليس instead.
