For the part “is there anything else you’d like us to know” you should have some work experience or personal characteristics prepared to share with them to sell yourself and make a lasting final impression.

You should research the company and have at least one question prepared prior to the interview- otherwise you’ll need to make one up at the interview based on information they have shared with you.
This question is important as it opens a dialogue and creates a lasting impression on the interviewer.
