Are these all natural? I succumbed to my curiosity. I've been overcome by curiosity. I've fallen to my curiosity I've been overcome with curiosity

“I succumbed to my curiosity” sounds very literary, it would be good if you are writing a book, but in everyday speech may sound strange. “I’ve fallen to my curiosity” sounds strange, typically it would be something like “I’ve fallen victim to my curiosity” instead. For the other two, they are both correct but they are using the past perfect continuous tense, so be sure that you are intending to use that tense!
