Have any of you checked out Simularium.ai? It is a website where you can talk to an AI, obviously, and get decent Italian answers. You can for instance simulate a chat with an artist in Venezia and talk about what is going on there, ask for hidden gems, and whatever. Graphics are beautiful too.
