December will coming! I love December because it has my birthday, Christmas, and year end.
I turning 20 in December 17th. I can’t believe it. In my mind, I am 18 years old. Finally I will be able to drink alcohol. But I have to be careful about drinking it.
And someday I want to go Christmas market in Germany. I have been studying German in university for a year and a half. I’m learning about Christmas market, so I’d like to go.
I will go my hometown at the end of year. I can meet with my family and old friends. And I can eat many delicious foods! I can eat Osechi, crab, and sushi. I will gain weight, but I am extremely happy. I love eating delicious foods with my family. And I can meet old friends at the Coming of Age Ceremony. In Japan, most of the girls wear Long sleeved kimono. I want to see friends’ kimono. Mine is blue one, and my best friend’s is yellow one. Her kimono is beautiful and cute design. I have to take photos with friends! And I want to show my Long sleeved kimono to my grandma. She was playing with me when I was little. I love her. To show her my kimono is my dream.

December is coming! I love December because it includes my birthday, Christmas, and the end of the year.
I will turn 20 on December 17th, and I still can’t believe it. In my mind, I still feel 18. In Japan, turning 20 means I can legally drink alcohol, but of course I need to be careful and responsible.
One day, I really want to visit a Christmas market in Germany. I have been studying German at university for a year and a half, and I’ve learned about the Christmas markets, so I’d love to see one in real life.
At the end of the year, I will go back to my hometown. I can meet my family and my old friends, and I can eat many delicious foods. I will eat osechi, crab, and sushi. I will probably gain some weight, but I don’t mind because eating good food with my family makes me very happy.
I will also see my old friends at the Coming of Age Ceremony. In Japan, most girls wear a long-sleeved kimono for the event. I want to see everyone’s kimono. Mine is blue, and my best friend’s kimono is yellow with a beautiful, cute design. I have to take photos with them.
I also want to show my kimono to my grandmother. She played with me a lot when I was little, and I love her very much. Showing her my long-sleeved kimono is one of my dreams.
Teacher’s Tip Your writing is warm and expressive. To make it even stronger at B2 level, try to use "more time markers" (for example: “at the end of the month,” “in the future,” “when the ceremony happens”) to organise your ideas and make the story flow more naturally.
