自炊と外食をすることとへのメリットデメリットについで発表してください。
まずは自炊を話しましょう。時間あるなら家で料理を作りたほうがいいとおもいます。自分で明確な起源で綺麗な材料を選びことができます。でも、自炊が時間をかかって高いかもしれません。長い日にいそがしいしごとをおわるあとで、料理をつかなければなりません。独身の時、そんな忙しいがないですが、結婚したなら、とても大変とおもいます。子どもも仕事も家族もいろいろなことがあるなら、趣味の時間がないかもしれません。それでも、健康のためにできるだけ家で食事してください。
次は外食です。一番メリットは便利ですね。自炊より美味しいかどうか分かりませんがたくさん時間がかからないと思います。仕事を終わってレストランで食事して家に帰します。それから、かぞくとテレビを見てゆっくりやすることができます。でも、外食するとき、材料が綺麗かどうかわからないかもしれません。最近、たくさんレストランがあるので利益のために何もやることができます。あまり品質がないで安い材料を輸入するなら、長い時間で食べで病気になるかもしれません。
