If you would like to visit my country, the first dish that I would suggest is called " Dolma". ( If you are not a vegetarian). The dolma is made up of grape leaves (I don't know what it is else called in English) filled with a mixture of meat, rice and vegetables. We have different ways of cooking dolma depending on the part that you are in. In Baghdad, the way it is cooked differs from what it is in the north and so on.
