Can you help me improve with any sugestions, questions or corrections you may do? Topoc of the essay: Teenagers are dropping out of school to find a job. How can we help them to continue their education? One of the main reasons why someone in their teens has to prioritize jobs over education, is a complicated family dynamic: parents have lost their jobs, there is only one provider for a big group, or in the worst cases, they have experienced a form of abuse and need to get out of their home and therefore, they need to sostein themselves. However, family is not the only factor. It is well known that our society is based in a system that tents to benefit economically only a small group of people, and if the government is not focussing on smart strategies to balance this segregation, financial difficulties are always going to be part of the equation of a lot of families To solve this, I propose a series of actions, including the development of programs to help treat and prevent toxic family dynamics, as well as the continuous incentive to financial education in early stages. Also, I consider quality in public schools and assistance of all primary necessities in these spaces are key to improve. Yougthers are considered the future of a nation, in that logic, is important to think about all their necessities and difficulties.
