In order to enjoy any exercising, I have an original benchmark. Bending forward is the easiest to check my physical condition. The details are as below. How to check physically condition by bending forward: 1. Both my hands touch the floor - Extremely good and no worries for exercising 2. My base of fingers touch the floor - Good 3. My fingertips touch the floor - Not bad, but need to do carefully 4. My fingertips slightly touch the floor - Bad 5. My fingertips don’t touch the floor - Too bad and five seconds before dialing to rescues. (absolutely clamp my legs) If you have some unique ideas, please let me know. Let’s enjoy sports.
