There are multiple things which i do to reduce my stress.Generally, I go for a long walk at a peaceful place or go at that place where no one knows me.I like to spend time with myself in my stress time because i think nature heals you and guide you.you are the best friend of yourself.if for some reasons i do not do such activity,i prefer to read a nice book which turn my worst mood into happiness.
