Khorgosh sounds like a supervillain you must combat in a boss battle at the end of a video game! Like, "to save the kingdom of Emeraldica you must climb the black mountain and use the sacred crystal to kill Khorgosh!". In Finnish that'd be jƤnis, or kaniini (or kani), or pupu. We also have an idiomatic way to use the first word jƤnis: jƤnis is also a person who secretly and without permission/payment sneaks into a vehicle, like a ship or a train, and tries to travel somewhere free of charge. No idea why we call them rabbits though! 🐰 Another whimsical fact: Kani (ć‚«ćƒ‹) is also how Japanese people say "crab", apparently.
