However, our countries have developed a lot of products to prevent or restrain this uncomfortable symptoms I use a face mask and nose washing, a nasal spray which makes getting fewer symptoms. Also, we can buy anti allergies medicines in drag stores but the pills have side effects, that make us sleepy, just in case I have them.

We can also buy anti-allergy medicines in drug stores, but these pills have side effects that make us feel sleepy. Just in case, I keep them with me.
