It was rainy today. The sky was bleak and dim, almost like a night sky. It would have been a perfect day to sleep in, if it were the weekend. MeeMaw and I seized the opportunity when the rain subsided to hit the gym around dusk. But we both completely forgot about bringing (taking is better) an umbrella. So, we got drenched (mentioning an umbrella means it’s clear you are talking about rain) later on the way home. Luckily, we’re both all right—no one caught a cold. It was just another ordinary day.
