When I don’t care what time it is and just do it, I’ll be calm so much. When my heart is peaceful, I just can’t feel time flying. On every past weekend, I have planned to do something but haven’t done it in time, so I always watched the clock to check what time it is. Even if I was watching TV or doing something else relaxing, I was still anxious and what should be done in my plan was in my mind all the time. But today, I just did what I wanted to do after getting up, I was so peaceful and relax when I was doing everything and forgot what time it is. It’s a very wonderful experience.
