It’s sunny today. After school, we stopped by a newly opened snack shop and bought an abundant variety of snacks. These would cheer me up for the whole week. Then, since it was rush hour and Mom didn’t feel like cooking, we decided to eat out. We discovered a restaurant located on the rooftop of a big building by the street. It’s spacious with laid sod, giving it a great campsite vibe. We ordered today’s special—the beef offal pot—which was relatively good. I usually don’t eat innards. But this wasn’t gamey at all. Next time, we can bring MeeMaw there.
