Are there any useful questions or phrases or even words that I should know/ learn in Polish that relate to any of these topics (or other topics) when communicating with people or when watching a Polish series or reading a book in Polish or something like that ?
I'm kind of stuck about how to go on with learning Polish. I want to become conversational in Polish someday but I don't know to do that since I'm learning on my own and I don't have any help with the language.
If it's safe to travel from Canada to Poland next summer, I want to visit all of my aunts, uncles and cousins in Poland but they only speak Polish and I only know English. So I will have to try to learn and remember things that will be useful for when or if I do that come next summer.

Sure! There’s lots of useful expressions you can learn. I don’t think they will fit in one comment! If you’re learning in your, what you can do is try reading children’s books - it will help you with the vocabulary. As for grammar, I think you’d need a teacher to walk you through it, most of all if it comes to practicing what you learned in conversation. Honestly, just one lesson a week can help you so much.
