I live in Germany and I would say yes, it is safe to travel in Germany despite the pandemic. You have to take care in certain places but I guess that’s all over the world. It is safe to travel by train or car. Most people are friendly but some are more introverted. It depends on the area where you go. We have many nice places in Germany , you can learn a lot about our culture and visit interesting villages. Whenever I’m in a trouble hotspot I take more care than normal of my purse and mobile. ( not only in Germany)
