Firstly, there are much skilled labour in the world. If Japanese companies are willing to sponsor foreign people with working visas, more foreign people can come and work in Japan. The more people there are working in every area of work, the better the chance given to Japanese industries, which inspires Japanese society to proceed ahead and makes it more fruitful. Secondly, hiring foreign people from overseas can solve the dramatic population decreasing issues in Japan. The population is decreasing every year in Japan and this is a big social issue right now. However, accepting immigrants is the very first step to consider the social problem that requires a prompt action to solve it. For these reasons, I believe that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers in the future.
