Angriness usually comes from many ways. such as work stress, bad food, annoying people etc... It's an important part of our life, it features its nondeterminacy. We are smiling at this moment, but are angry to something or someone the next moment. Being angry has pros and cons, if you are angry alone, the bad mood can be released quickly without hurting anyone eles. and when you calm down, you will regret what you have done and easily forgive others. On the other side, if you yell at someone with big angriness, no matter whether you are the victim or not, both of you will get hurt with swear word. You will even regert the conflict. But there is an interesting phenomenon is that as most people get old, they tend to keep calm when face conflicts to avoid being angry. They have experienced many conflicts in their young ages and definitely know the negative consequence of easily being angry. This is an importaant skill need everyone to be learnt. after all, nobody really wants to have a conflict with others. We should record all the things which can make us easily getting angry, and then pay more attention on them when they would happen next time. This is very effective.
