I would choose Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines. 1. Chinese food is known for its diversity. Just for hot pot alone, you can find more than five specific(distinct) styles in different areas. I doubt if ten years will be long enough to finish a/your food journey in China. 2. Japanese food is known for its healthy way of cooking and its delicacy. So I think to take it as a main dish and eat it for the long term is a good thing. 3. Thai food perfectly matches my taste in food. I like sour and spicy taste(flavour). To taste local cuisine(Tasting the local cuisine) has always been an important part for me when I travel (...been an important part of my travels).
