The reasons that influence my sleep quality are various. Once , having a sleep without any dreams and wouldn't wake up several times was a pie in the sky. So, in order to have good emotion conditions everyday, I decided to change my sleep quality. I took many medcine to improve my body codition, and got some effect at first. But I wasn't supposed to take medcine everyday. So I had sleep problems again. Until one day, I met a chinese medicine doctor, he told me that the only reason that caused sleep problem for me was the phone. His thought is that when people look down on their phones for many hours everyday, their cervical vertebra keep bending over in a wrong angle. As time passes, their cervical vertebra can't come back to the correct place which also hurt their nerve and reduce the blood floating to their brains. In that case, you will feel dizzy and exhausted during daytime and can't sleep well at night. Though I doubted his thought , after receiving his treat(including acupuncture and another treat just like a massage but not the traditional one,lt directly works on bones), especially when I heard that he helped my cervical vervical come back to its correct place with a ringing sound, all the symptoms have annoyed me for many years disappeared all of a sudden. I seldom meet sleep quality after that. But I need to keep away my pnone for several hours everyday.

I took a lot of medicine to improve my physical condition, and got some side effects in the beginning because I wasn’t supposed to take medicine every day and as a consequence, I had sleep problems again. Until one day, I met a Chinese doctor in medicine who told me that the only reason that caused my sleeping problem was my phone. He stated that when people look down on their phones for many hours every day, their cervical vertebra keep bending over in a wrong position. As time passes, their cervical vertebra can't come back in the correct place which also damages the nerves and reduce the amount of blood flowing to the brain. In that case, you will feel dizzy and exhausted during daytime and won’t be able to sleep well at night. Though I wasn’t convinced by his claims, after receiving his treatment(including acupuncture and another treatment that consisted of a particular massage technique that is different from traditional massage in the way that it directly works on bones) and especially after I heard my cervical vertebra coming back into place with a ringing sound, all the symptoms that had annoyed me for so many years disappeared all of a sudden. I seldom have sleeping issues since then but I need to keep away from my phone for several hours every day.
