I think (or: In my opinion) "driving a rickshaw" is a unique job in my country. Rickshaws are used as a means of transportation. It is called a rickshaw because it is a wheeled vehicle pulled (or: propelled) by a human's physical strength.* People ride rickshaws to explore the (narrow) streets of a city. Rickshaws are not something that people ride often (nowadays), because they are expensive. They usually carry up to two people and are used to give guided tours around a city in places with many tourists, such as Kyoto, Asakusa, and Kamakura. If you have the opportunity some day, give it a try. By the way, I haven't ridden one yet.😅 * Alternative: "... a wheeled vehicle drawn by a single runner or person."
