Sería más bien así: mamahuevo. Aunque es español, parece ser un insulto más de un país o países de Sudamérica o Centroamérica. En México utilizamos mama as "suck". Así que puede haber muchísimo slang.

"No inventes" It means that you don't believe anything. It's like "no way". The literal translations is 'Don't invent', yeah.

"Qué pedo" ...A video below.

"Qué onda" It's similar to "sup" or what's up!

"Chinga tu madre/Chingada madre" The first one is a swearing. The second one can be used as "damn it" when you get angry about something. It literally means fucked mother.

Ahora que lo pienso, si he escuchado la palabra mamahuevo. Puede significar como "big mouth", pero como huevo, en México -y supongo que en otros países-, tiene la connotación de testículo(testicle). No conozco muchos jajaj, y no soy particularmente un fan de los insultos pero al final son expresiones del lenguaje.

it depends in which country you are, by example I am from Chile, and here we use "saco de weas" or "conchetumadre"

but a more "international" insult is "hijo de puta" (son of a bitch), mierda=shit, etc
