the second sentence is correct!

“的”+n.(名词）       e.g. 我的家人/ 我的汽车

“地” +表示动作的词  e.g. 大声地喊/高兴地跳

表示动作的词+"得“   e.g. 玩得很开心/用得很顺手/疼得大叫

All of this expression will be ok when you chat with others.

1.你 说 汉语 比我 说 得流利。
2.你的汉语比我说的流利。
3.你的汉语说得比我流利。

4.你的汉语比我流利。

这三句话全部是正确的，标准汉语标准到一定程度就会变成僵化。

一句话中有两个“说”是很正常的事，比如，你写的字比我写的好。你画的画比我画的好。你做的饭比我做的饭好吃。等等，重复有时是啰嗦，但有时是强调，有时是为了语气缓和，有时为了音节谐和等等，语法是活的，不要学的太死板了。
