Well, I was thinking of an offline dictionnary in the Pleco style.

I just picked the Zhongwen Popup randomly and I have to recognize that it is a great tool! It might be even better than what I was looking for :D

Yeah, pleco us amazing. It's so detailed on its character, tone. It gaves you even an add ons to improve your dict!

I use Pleco too! This app is so amazing!

But do you guys know any equivalent of Pleco on PC? I've searched few months ago and couldn't find anything as good as Pleco.
